Membership Periods

Membership payments are processed every fortnight from the date you joined. Your payment covers classes from that date for 14 days.

Membership Changes

Healju Hub Members are welcome to swap between the Membership options. Simply email hello@healjuhub.com to change your Membership.

Suspend Your Membership

You are welcome to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 7 days. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees. Additional suspensions will be charged at a non-refundable rate of $5 per week. If you would like to suspend your Membership simply email us with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment.

Please note that suspending your membership extends your membership term by the length of the suspension.

Cancel Your Membership

For our full-price memberships, a 3 month minimum term applies. For 6 month and 12 month discounted memberships, the full term must be completed prior to cancelling. If you are on a 6 or 12 month member and wish to cancel before the end of your term, you must pay the difference of the membership, ie. if you have completed 13 weeks of a 12 month term, the cancellation fee is the difference of what you would have paid.

After the initial minimum term, simply contact us via Email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed.

Memberships are paid in advance, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames.

We do understand that life can be unexpected, so please discuss your situation with us directly if need be.

Membership Term

Your initial membership term is 26 weeks and after this time your membership will auto-renew for an additional 26 weeks. This auto-renewal will continue until you cancel your membership.

Booking and Cancelation Policy

As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online to reserve your place.

If you need to cancel, please do so two hours before class starts. If you forget to cancel or are absent, two class members, casual and 10 class pass holders will be charged for that class. Unlimited members and intro pass holders will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. There are no exceptions due to the small class sizes as most of our classes are waitlisted.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or casual/10-class passes.

General Terms

Healju Hub reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, events, classes, workshops and teacher training without prior notice.

We will not pass your email address or any other details on to any other party.
